Aspire Medical Advanced Hemp Plant
Location: Augusta, Georgia
Class 1 hemp production and processing facility designed to operate at the pinnacle of efficiency and quality with cultivation space by the Georgia Access to Medical Cannabis Commission’s definition of 100,000 square feet. The facility was designed to meet the standards of Good Manufacturing Practices with additional features such as double-floor drains in the growing rooms, drive-in bays for secure shipping and distribution, and dual vaults for ultimate inventory control. Our team designed the highly sophisticated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of the building consisting of more than 1,500 Tons of HVAC, heat recovery chiller systems, 3,750 KVA of power, and 10,000 MBH of natural gas.

Project: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta Downtown
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta Downtown was looking to renovate about 40 plus rooms on the 8th and 9th floors to receive full upgrades from interior finishes, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Our team assisted in the redesign and inspection of PTAC units, in-line exhaust, plumbing, and electrical. This project is currently under construction.

Jonesboro Mini Suits
Jonesboro, GA
Community Solutions by Design provided architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings to support Design-Build efforts for a commercial office suite renovation and build-out. This project consisted of the design and construction of 14 offices and a breakroom.
